Rejected Cases (Overview)
IOMG Canada has the highest success rate of rejected cases processed by other consultant / representative or processed by client directly. We provide the exhaustive in-depth services to our clients.
We have processed such rejected files and gave positive results in most of the cases. Interested applicant has to fax us their rejection letter with the contact number to any our authorized offices. The concern office will forward such request to our head office Canada.
Top priorities are given to the rejected cases. As you may be aware that once the case is rejected, one can appeal within 30 days. You are required to consult us before this time.
Also you may be aware that appeal cases are processed based on the reasons for the refusal ground. If the ground is challenging against the decision of visa officer we encourage you not delay in such cases. Other rejected cases which cannot be appeal as per Old Regulations or IRPA Act we provide other alternatives. The visa officer make a decision based on the visa officer should be fully satisfied with the information failing to which visa officer may reject the case may be one of the following ground:
Mismatching of National Occupational Classification with the job duties,
Insufficient funds / In supportive financial position,
Absence of required important mandatory documents,
Medical ground
Communication / presentability / poor personality,
Contradiction between the statement & the information provided in the documents,
Providing misleading/fraud documents,
Fail to justify establishment in Canada,
Lack knowledge about Canada & Canadian market.
If the visa officer gathers the overall impression that the applicant cannot be settled in Canada, irrespective of fulfillment of all conditions, he takes negative Substitute Evaluation.
Lack of knowledge about field / profession,
Lack of initiative in job search
Lack of other required performance standard set by HRDC for the parameters includes
Canadian Work Preference Inventory ( CWPI ) to measure five interest of the client directive, innovative, methodical, objective and social.
