Program Description
|
This program is designed to track the industry and stay on top of the technical settings which are most current and in most demand. The focus is on convergent IP (Internet Protocol) systems engineering and supporting technologies. This would include local and wide area network architecture and design, operating systems, network security and issues of real time multimedia over the Internet. Because the industry values it, there is also an emphasis on teamwork and interpersonal communications. Such skills include local and wide area networking, internetworking, telecommunications convergence, network operating systems, web based programming, network database, network management and collaborative computing technologies. |
